Assessment first

We start with the garment in front of us, not with a fixed promise. Construction, fabric condition, and available seam allowance guide what can be done and how far a redesign can go.

Clear approval

We explain the concept, scope, and quote before work begins. If additional materials are needed, they are discussed separately, and any extra work stays subject to approval.

Upcycling with restraint

We look for ways to reuse strong sections of the original garment and turn them into something more wearable, useful, or distinctive while staying realistic about the result.

Fit checked on pickup

Every finished piece is checked again at collection. If a small final adjustment is needed, we handle it carefully without changing the agreed design.
